We heard about Justin Kasberg from a friend, and he and his crew were perfect for our residing project on the oldest house in the neighborhood. As feared with such an old house, we encountered many issues once the old siding was pulled off, and Justin communicated well about what options we had to fix these issues. Once decisions about replacing windows, doors, light fixtures etc. were made, Justin kept meticulous records and issued change orders that eliminated any surprises. Delays happen with major construction projects, and this project was not without them. However, they were largely due to supply chain issues rather than the construction work taking longer than anticipated. Justin kept to the work schedule and stayed within the proposed budget.

From the very beginning to the completion of two simultaneous bathroom remodels, I feel my house and ideas have been in the right hands. All of the people working on my project are masters at what they do. Maureen's design help and guidance allowed me to be as involved as I wanted or I could turn it over to her knowing it would be right. Justin had innovative ideas to address aging in place and disabilities such as a digital "faucet" in the shower. Bryan has serious skills, and his design ideas for the tile work improved both rooms. I couldn't be happier. Kasberg will be my go to for any projects that my house may need. Thanks Justin, Maureen, Bryan, Jake, et al.

I called and Justine was able to get me an estimate on new siding, cutters, fascia, and a deck. Justin came out within a week, and returned a bid to me the next day. Within a week we were meeting with color samples and deck options. Justin was friendly, understanding, helpful, and most importantly professional throughout the entire process. As for the two young men that he has working for him, Daenin and Tai…well I cannot give them enough positive feedback. They are incredible workers, helpful, friendly, positive, professional. They are just truly amazing humans. I will recommend them always for any remodel needs, and will be a forever customer. Thank you all again for being so great to work with!

It is scarry to breach your roof for skylights and that's why I call Kasberg. I trust them to do things right and if there ever is a problem, they are eager to correct it.

Our re-side took only a few weeks and we were kept up to date on the progress on an almost daily basis. The end result was amazing! It looks like a new house.
